Paddles

Like any Red Paddle Co product, there is a paddle to suit your riding experience. Our designers have ensured there is a paddle for all abilities and people. Ranging from the Kiddy Alloy perfect for children, to the Ultimate Carbon for the high performers. Our paddles are made using three different raw materials alloy, hybrid (carbon and glass fibre) or high end carbon, tailoring to all performers’ abilities and needs. The alloy paddles are family friendly and ideal for an entry level paddler.

The Hybrid paddles are perfect for any enthusiastic paddlers who are looking for a lighter shaft to increase power output and save energy. Carbon paddles are the lightest, stiffest and fastest of all, coming with varying grades to suit any paddlers wishes. The blade material and shape are essential for any paddling experience. It is designed to deliver optimum power output with minimum drag. The tear drop blades are reinforced and sculpted for a more direct power output. Nylon blades provide maximum durability, whilst glass fibre and carbon blades offer increased speed and power.

The different adjustor types are key to the convenience and performance of the paddle.

The Leverlock allows you to make adjustments with one hand for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Then the Camlock has unrivalled grip to remove and movement or free-play, requires minimum maintenance and maximum control.

There are many aspects to your perfect paddle, and if you have any questions or need some guidance please don’t hesitate to contact us on our live chat. Check out our Red Paddle Co Paddle Bag and Blade Cover over in accessories to keep those paddles safe and warm when they’re out of the water.

Carbon 50 Nylon Adjustable SUP Paddle

A step up from the Alloy Paddle
$219.00

If you’re looking for similar performance to the Carbon 50 paddle but greater durability, this is the paddle for you. It has the same lightweight shaft but with the added durability of a nylon blade making it perfect for sharing amongst friends and family.

The natural flex of the shaft offers a gentler energy transfer enabling you to reach a greater stroke cadence.

The nylon blade remains rigid thanks to the structural reinforcements. The rigidity of the blade combined with the flexibility of the hybrid shaft and overall lightweight feel makes the Carbon 50 Nylon an excellent alternative to heavier alloy paddles.

Midi Carbon 50 Nylon Adjustable SUP Paddle

$199.00

The Midi Carbon 50 is new to the Red Paddle Co range and fills the gap between the Kiddy and full-size paddles. Adjusting from 160cm – 200cm it allows shorter riders to have a paddle specifically designed for them.

The medium sized blade reduces impact on the body, so you can paddle further, for longer and the EVA foam coated shaft provides soft comfort and grip without adding weight, whilst the ergonomic t-grip handle fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. The paddle comes as a vario option with a pushpin adjustment system meaning the paddle can grow with the user or be used across the whole family.

Perfect for Rivers and Shallows

Carbon 100 Lightweight SUP Paddle

$399.00

This performance paddle uses a carbon weave for greater strength whilst keeping the paddle super light and responsive.

The blade shape is a teardrop design with a single dihedral blade face. This allows water to flow evenly off each side creating a smooth and stable stroke, whilst the double concave offers the user to really put the power down.

The structural foam core and ABS rail increases durability whilst reducing weight, so you can paddle further, for longer.

Ultimate Carbon Ultra-Lightweight SUP Paddle

$579.00

Our feather-light Ultimate Carbon paddle has a carbon blade, carbon shaft and t-grip handle. The shaft delivers a controlled flex and maximum power transfer whilst fitting ergonomically into the hand. The paddle is perfect for anyone looking for the ultimate paddle performance in surf, touring or race conditions.

The blade has been designed with a squared shape to deliver a softer catch yet more powerful stroke. The narrower profile enables you to get the paddle closer to the board keeping the paddle more vertical, improving board tracking. It has a double concave blade face that blends nicely into a pronounced dihedral that really adds stability to the stroke eliminating blade wobble. The higher aspect design also reduces the impact on the body and allows for higher cadence without reducing the surface area.
