Join us at The Forrest Lodge Resort in Pemberton for a weekend of wellbeing.

Arrive friday afternoon, and enjoy stunning lake views as you settle into the ambience at The Forrest Lodge Resort.

Gently unwind over dinner, and enjoy the stillness, and bright starry skies.

Yoga Nidra/Relaxation class to welcome the deepest and most refreshing sleep.

Saturday opens with a gentle yoga session suitable for beginners to progessive levels.

Later after breakfast (*weather pending) there is the opportunity to enjoy Stand Up Paddle, and SUP fitness (complete beginners + experienced welcome).

After lunch a mindfulness, meditation and relaxation session takes you a little deeper into zen.

As your nervous system calms, all cares and concerns fade into the background for you to refresh. 

Enjoy a delicious Dinner at Forrest Lodge Resort.

Sunday Morning opens with another yoga + stretch therapy session. 

The sessions over the weekend provide you with all you need to begin a 15 min daily self love + stretching program at home. Helping to improve any postural bad habits, create more suppleness, mobiity, and relaxation in your life.
