Health Policy

You are only allowed to attend the retreat/event/workshop/class unless you are of good enough health to get to and from the location without support and look after yourself during your time with us. No claims are being made that our methods can heal physical conditions. Our clinics, courses, retreats or products should not substitute for the advice and treatment of a physician, doctor or other licensed health-care professional.

Terms and Conditions

All reservations must be confirmed by payment with a minimum of 50% deposit of the total tariff, at the time of making the booking (*unless verbally agreed otherwise). Reservations are not confirmed until cleared receipt of the deposit. This deposit on all booked places is considered part non- refundable. The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to event date otherwise the reservation may lapse, with part of the deposit non-refundable. Payments can be made by money orders, cash, bank cheque or direct deposit to Radiant Being.

From the time a booking is made, any issues should be notified within 24 hrs, after which time the policies of the terms and conditions of stay will be deemed to be in effect. Your acceptance of the above amounts being paid confirms you agree to our terms and conditions when confirming your booking.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking additional spa & wellness services, not included in your program, in advance.

Whilst we will at all times attempt to book ‘Spa and Wellness' package components at the times requested, it may be necessary to schedule requests for alternative times.

Spa & Wellness Services -

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and more importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. Whilst we do our best to assist you with unforeseen circumstances, such as late arrival, we cannot guarantee that changes at short notice to appointment times can be met.  Late arrival, no-shows or cancellation of any component from the Day Spa & Wellness menu shall incur the full cost.

Check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check-out is 11am unless otherwise advised by Radiant Being.

A credit card number is requested for our files. The credit card number given at the time of booking, will automatically be debited for any amounts outstanding or any potential additional incidental expenses such as extra cleaning, additional sessions from the Day Spa & Wellness Menu, used or damage to property. In the absence of a credit card, an advance payment to cover such incidentals may be required at check-in. In the event of any loss or damage to property incurred during a guest's stay, responsibility for re-imbursement does not necessarily cease at check-out.

Radiant Being is not responsible for failure of utilities, essential services and appliances. Please advise Radiant Being of any failures as soon as possible, and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organise repairs. However due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: having to order parts or non-availability of trades people) the immediate repair may be beyond our control. No refunds or discounts will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair.

 Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees apply to bookings inclusive of accommodation and treatment therapies:

We offer small groups and spaces on our retreats are limited.  50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment in full 50 days prior to retreat. Cancellations 2 months or more prior to retreat are part refundable with a $600 admin fee.  Cancellations 2 months or less are non refundable.  You can transfer your place to another person, with $100 admin fee.   Please take out adequate travel insurance, if you can not attend, your travel insurance will cover you for a refund.


  • Changes to bookings incur an administration fee of $50 in addition to any cancellation or admin fee.
  • Late check-ins, early check-outs, and no-show will initiate liability for the full amount of the tariff.
  • No-shows and early departures are deemed cancellations within this policy.
  • Late arrival, no-shows or cancellation of any treatments from the spa menu shall incur the full cost.
  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for both medical and cancellation coverage.
  • We often incur expenses in advance of your event, workshop or retreat so please note that we have the following cancellations and refund policy:
  • Cancellations made two months or more in advance are part refundable minus a $600.00 admin fee.
  • Cancellations made two months or less are non refundable including a $600.00 admin fee.

*Please note that cancellation fees are necessary to compensate the provider for the holding of a reservation in good faith, and the consequent refusal of subsequent booking requests. This cancellation policy is equitably applied in fairness to all, irrespective of the nature of the cause of the cancellation.


Spaces on our retreats are limited.  To guarantee your place, please provide the full balance (or deposit if stated) within 30 days of your booking.  If this is not possible please submit a booking form anyway and speak to us so we can help you find a payment plan that works for you.
Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards, by cheque or electronic balance transfer.  If you pay by debit or credit card we will contact you when we receive your booking form to take payment.  Please note, debit and credit card payments may be subject to a fee.  We ask that you use your unique booking reference number (given to you when you complete your booking form) for any correspondence prior to your training.  Please write your booking reference number on the back of your cheque or use as the reference for your electronic transfer.  Thanks!


Bookings and Payments

Bookings for retreats are taken care of by the booking agents or direct to Radiant Being & Hayley Lawrence. Please submit a booking form for your preferred agent. This will be sent to them directly and they will get back to you.
Please contact your preferred booking agent with any questions you may have in relation to  locations, dates, prices and payments.
Payments are made directly to your chosen agent. To guarantee your place, please provide the full balance (or deposit if stated) prior to your retreat (unless otherwise directed by your agent).


All workshop, class, wellbeing treatments and retreat attendees take full responsibility for their involvement.  None of the activities are compulsory and you are free to choose always.
By completing and submitting a booking form you are acknowledging that you’ve read this disclaimer and are agreeing that your participation is completely voluntary, under your own free will and at your own risk.
Although spending time on a retreat program has been linked with people experiencing positive changes, it is important to be clear that no claims are being made that this retreat will provide this to every participant. Instead, a retreat is simply a way of helping to reduce stress by uplifting and enhancing your perception in a more positive way.
You also understand that no assurance guaranteeing your safety is being made and you agree to hold RADIANT BEING, HAYLEY LAWRENCE or any of the Radiant Being Team Members,  the sponsors, facilitators, organisers and property owners completely harmless of all liability if you sustain any injury. By completing and submitting a booking form, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or injuries, physical, emotional and mental, that you may sustain by participating in any activities or services offered by Radiant Being.
