• Taoist Head Neck & Shoulder Treatment

  Deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the upper back shoulders and neck. Craniosacral techniques are incorporated into this treatment and the body responds beautifully. As each pressure point is released a equilibrium is reached and all stress and tension in the muscles simply melts away. This can be taken as a short 15 minute treatment and very suitable to be given in the workplace or extended into a full length 40 minute treatment.

• Reflexology

  "A natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears and their referral areas within zone related areas, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes without the use of tools, crèmes or lotions, the feet being the primary area of application, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body." By stimulating reflex points within the feet, your body will begin to heal from within. Feel the comforting warmth of the reflexologist's hands working deep into the reflexes. This treatment also includes a calming and soothing foot massage.

• Holistic Remedial Massage

  When muscles and tendons become damaged, knotted and tense, remedial massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. Remedial massage holistically treats the whole body and traces the discomfort as far as possible back to the original cause, healing both the cause as well as the symptoms. Remedial massage is applied directly to the skin using usually certified organic massage oil, which ensures that the muscles associated with the disorder and mobilisation of the joint are deeply penetrated. Passive stretching moves are also used.

•  Aromatherapy Massage

  A private one on one yoga class designed after your full consultation tailored just for you. The most exclusive and individual session available. Your yoga class is blissfully iced with a 45 minute massage to dissolve any remaining tension. The result is the feeling of walking on air. All is definitely well.

• Escape

  A deep tissue massage focusing on the spine and all of the small muscle pathways around the spine. This treatment allows the spine to lengthen and relax with all stress and tension melting away leaving you feeling much lighter and calm.
