About the Facilitator – Hayley Lawrence
Hayley Lawrence brings over 25 years of experience as a wellbeing facilitator, positive psychology coach, and accredited yoga teacher trainer. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Professional Certificate in Education (Positive Psychology).
Hayley specialises in designing and delivering evidence-based wellbeing programs that integrate positive psychology principles with practical techniques for emotional regulation and resilience-building, supporting schools to nurture confident and emotionally intelligent students.
