With 22 years of experience in corporate wellbeing, retreats, workshops and events she is passionate to co-create positive change and upgrade wellbeing. Hayley is currently working towards her PhD with the University of Melbourne.

We’ll incorporate a selection of different treatments to help your team relax, unwind and feel rejuvenated.  The wellbeing upgrade program can be provided onsite, spanning over several weeks, condensed into weekend workshops, or evening sessions to suit.  Full day, or longer wellbeing retreat event can easily be arranged. We specialise in tailoring the program by identifying key areas to build from. Incorporating techniques from appreciative inquiry our programs are successful in co-creating the goals and action plans to introduce optimum wellbeing, and flourishing within your setting.
