Hayley @ radiant being is an accredited + experienced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer. Practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 25 years. For a decade in Australia and Bali also hosting and assisting on Accredited Yoga Teacher Trainings  Hayley became a Classical Pilates teacher in 2012. Hayley attended further training in STOTT pilates in 2021, and STRONG Pilates in 2024. She has a passion for nature, being outside and loves travel and adventures always discovering new places.

STOTT PILATES® incorporates modern exercise principles, and applies proven and accepted practices in biomechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. After realising the benefits of the concepts of the original Pilates method, and in collaboration with a team of physical therapists/physiotherapists, sports medicine and exercise professionals, the Merrithews’ dissected and re-connected this unique form of exercise into a comprehensive, systematic, contemporary approach to the original teachings. STOTT PILATES®  both Mat and Reformer Pilates to help create a strong, balanced body. STOTT PILATES® exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. This involves placing more emphasis on pelvic and scapular stabilisation, and integration of all the parts of the body into one. As well, preparatory exercises and modifications allow the technique to be appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to sport-specific training and everyday life.

FYI: The largest point of difference between Stott and Joseph Pilates' method is the approach to postural alignment. While the classical method utilizes an imprinted spine, or flat back, during exercise, the Stott method focuses on maintaining a neutral spine, or natural curvature of the back.

Transformation

Have you looked at the transformation package which is also available as an online program? 

Classes in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Remedial, Yin, Aerial/Fly High and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga).

All Classes are suitable for beginners. Intermediate students are suitably challenged.

The practice is accessible to all levels of fitness. Mats, bolsters blocks, inversion belts, etc are provided.

 

Yang to Yin 2 hour Workshops

Fusion of Pranayama (breathwork) Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga Inversions, Suspension Yoga,  Roll + Release, Restorative, Yoga Nidra.... Bliss.

Adults - No yoga experience required. Beginners welome, and more experienced  yoga practitioners are suitably challenged.

2 hour yoga group workshops available in Yallingup to inspire daily Höme practice. A personalised home practice booklet is provided.
